• How can I book a date?

  It depends on the experience – for some, you choose a date during the purchase, for others, you arrange it after receiving the voucher. Details are always listed in the experience description.

• Is this a good gift idea?

  Absolutely! The voucher has a universal design, is valid for 12 months, and you can add a personalized message.

• What does the gift voucher look like?

  You’ll receive an elegant PDF voucher by email right after payment. Want something more festive? We can also send it by post in a gift envelope.

• What if the recipient doesn’t like the experience?

  No problem – the voucher can be exchanged for another experience of the same or higher value (just pay the difference).

• Can I use employee benefits?

  Yes! We accept Edenred, Pluxee (formerly Sodexo), Benefit Plus, Benefity.cz and other electronic benefit programs.

• Do you offer invoice payment for companies?

  Yes. When ordering, just choose “Buying for a company” and enter your company ID and billing information.

• In which languages are the experiences available?

  They’re usually in Czech, but many partners also offer English, German, Russian, Ukrainian or Spanish – the available languages are listed with each experience.

• Can I give the voucher to someone else?

  Sure! Vouchers are transferable unless issued for a specific name. We’ll update the name for free.

• What happens if I miss a booked experience?

  Usually, the reservation is forfeited without refund. Each provider has their own cancellation terms – you’ll find them on the voucher.

• Can I check available dates before I buy?

  Yes! For most experiences, our booking system shows available dates before purchase, so you can decide with confidence.
