Do you offer free parking for guests?

Unfortunately, no. Parking at the riverbank is only allowed with special permission. Public paid parking is 400 m away at Rudolfinum Garage (Alšovo nábřeží 12, Prague 1).

Do you operate all year round?

Yes, our boats run year-round. In winter, they’re heated; in summer, they’re air-conditioned. Service may be suspended in extreme weather (e.g. floods).

Is smoking allowed on the boat?

Yes, smoking is allowed in designated outdoor areas. All indoor spaces are non-smoking.

Can I bring my pet on board?

No, pets are not allowed on dinner cruises due to hygiene rules. Guide dogs are the only exception. Pets are welcome on sightseeing cruises with a muzzle.

Is your boat accessible for people with reduced mobility?

Yes, but please check in advance for a specific cruise and date. Our staff assists with manual wheelchairs. Electric wheelchairs are only supported on barrier-free boats (Grand Bohemia, Bohemia Rhapsody, Agnes de Bohemia).

When should I arrive for check-in?

We recommend arriving 20–30 minutes early. Check-in is at pier no. 5. Boarding closes 10 minutes before departure, and you should be on board at least 5 minutes before the cruise starts.
