You’ll meet your therapist, change clothes, get comfy, and then enjoy 60 minutes of pure relaxation. The massage starts gently, and then heated stones (50–60°C) are placed on your body’s energy points to warm and relax them and boost energy flow. The massage with smooth hot stones also improves blood and lymph circulation, warms up the muscles, speeds up metabolism, and detoxes the body.
