ArtCeramics – make your own ceramic set

Find beauty in everyday moments. Make your own ceramic mug and plate that will turn each breakfast into a personal ritual. With the guidance of professional instructors, you’ll learn how to work with clay and decorate your pieces using a special painting technique. Imagine a slow morning, holding your favorite mug — one you made yourself. ArtCeramics offers you the chance to turn this image into reality. In the inspiring atmosphere of the ŠLIKR ceramic studio and café, you’ll spend three relaxing hours creating and enjoying the moment.

Your ceramic experience starts with a warm welcome and a refreshing drink. Then the instructor will guide you through the entire process – you’ll learn how to roll clay sheets, cut out shapes using templates, and assemble your own mug and plate. You can choose from several shapes and then decorate them with colorful ceramic slip to match your own style. You can even add a personal touch like your name, initials or a meaningful symbol.

Once finished, your creations stay at the studio. The ŠLIKR team will professionally dry, fire, glaze and fire them again. About three weeks later, you can pick up your finished set — fully functional and food-safe thanks to a transparent glaze. The result is a one-of-a-kind ceramic breakfast set that will brighten your mornings and remind you of a beautiful creative moment.
