Casual or smart casual clothing is perfectly fine. It depends on the occasion and what kind of vibe you’re going for.

Do you offer free parking?

Unfortunately, parking directly at the embankments requires a special permit from the OPERATOR AND MANAGER OF PRAGUE EMBANKMENTS. Public paid parking is available about 400 meters from the cruise check-in at Rudolfinum Garage (Alšovo nábřeží 12, Prague 1).

Are your cruises available year-round?

Yes, our boats operate all year. In winter, they are heated; in summer, they are air-conditioned. Cruises may be limited during extraordinary circumstances like floods.

Can I smoke on board?

Yes, all boats have designated outdoor smoking areas. Indoor areas are strictly non-smoking.

Pets are not allowed on dining cruises due to hygiene rules. On sightseeing cruises, dogs with a muzzle are allowed.

Are your boats accessible for people with reduced mobility?

Yes, but please check in advance for specific dates and cruises. Our crew can assist people using manual wheelchairs or similar mobility aids. Electric wheelchairs are only allowed on barrier-free boats (Grand Bohemia, Bohemia Rhapsody, Agnes de Bohemia). For safety reasons, we may limit the number of wheelchairs or mobility aids on board.

When should I arrive for check-in?

We recommend arriving 20–30 minutes before departure. Check-in is at the ticket window at pier no. 5. Boarding ends 10 minutes before departure. Be on the boat at least 5 minutes before sailing.

Please arrive at the dock near Čech Bridge 30 minutes before your cruise. At the ticket booth, show your voucher and they’ll tell you your boarding gate. If you want to explore the boat early, you can board up to 30 minutes ahead. The cruise ends where it started — back at the Čech Bridge dock.
