Ride in a T-55 AM2 tank

What do you get for someone who's crazy about tanks and military machines? Easy: a ride in a tank that served — and in some places still serves — in dozens of armies around the world. The legendary T-55 and T-72 battle tanks were even built under license in former Czechoslovakia! The T-55, developed as a replacement for the iconic T-34, was produced in more than 50,000 units in the Soviet Union alone. The T-72 was built over 20,000 times globally, not counting licensed and unlicensed copies produced elsewhere.

The tank ride takes place at a military training area just outside of Prague. A professional instructor will be at the controls and show you how this beast handles various types of terrain with surprising agility. You’ll also have the chance to explore a full vehicle park packed with fascinating armored machinery. Get ready, soldier!

Experience details:

Your instructor will welcome you and go over the key safety rules. Then you’ll climb inside and the tank ride begins! For 15 minutes, you’ll feel like a soldier heading into battle. After the ride, you'll enjoy a guided tour of the vehicle collection with interesting facts about each machine. And to top it off — you’ll receive a certificate of completion.

Experience includes:

• Welcome and registration
• Guided tour of the armored vehicle park
• Total duration: approx. 1.5 to 2 hours
• 15-minute ride in a T-55 or T-72 tank (assigned based on availability)
• Diploma for completing the tank ride
• Commented tour of battle vehicles and military tech

• Transportation to the site, and services or products outside the listed package
