Zephyr flower box

No two marshmallows are ever the same. Every flower is handcrafted — from the making of each bloom to assembling the final box!

Experience details:

Please place your order at least 5 days before you plan to give the box. It takes a minimum of 2 days to create the flowers and put everything together. We lovingly call this the “marshmallow aging” process :)

Experience includes:

• Gift box, dimensions 19 × 19 × 6.5 cm, contains 7–11 marshmallow flowers
• Flower selection: Rose, Hydrangea, Peony, Chrysanthemum, Epimedium, Buttercup, or a MIX

Marshmallow ingredients:
• Apple juice
• Agar-agar – a natural thickener made from seaweed
• Albumin – dried, pasteurized egg white (safe for consumption)
• Sugar
• Powdered sugar
• Food coloring

Experience does not include:

• Delivery

Health conditions:

Recipients should not have a known allergy to any of the marshmallow ingredients:
• Apple juice
• Agar-agar – natural seaweed-based thickener
• Albumin – pasteurized dried egg white
• Sugar
• Powdered sugar
• Food coloring
• If the recipient has allergies to any of these, we recommend not consuming the marshmallow flowers

Notes:

• Shelf life is 10 days from pickup
• If you don’t eat the whole box right away, we recommend storing the leftover flowers in a sealed container (like a regular plastic bag). This helps keep them soft and fresh. Do not store in the fridge.
• Careful: each flower is mounted on a toothpick.
